The ASM Connected prize draw (“Prize Draw) to win a set of 3rd Gen Apple AirPods and MagSafe Charging Case is open to people aged 18 and over who use the form to correctly guess which guest said the quote, in a recent episode of #ASMConnected.
Employees, vendors, or suppliers of ASM Technologies Limited (“ASM”, “We”) their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
To enter the Prize Draw you must submit your answer via the form. No purchase is necessary.
The Prize Draw will run from Wednesday 20 April until 23:59 on Thursday 26 May 2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The Prize Draw is no way endorsed or affiliated with LinkedIn and Twitter.

Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of correct entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on Friday 27 May 2022.
The winner will receive a set of 3rd Gen Apple AirPods and MagSafe Charging Case. ASM accepts no liability for allergic reactions, and we expect the winner to carefully read the packaging of each item should they have any allergy restrictions.
The winner will be notified on Friday 27 May 2022 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. This will only be used for delivery of the prize and will not be used for any other marketing purposes. If a winner does not respond to ASM within 2 working days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and ASM shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 2 working days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and ASM shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw within a reasonable request.
Typically, the winner will consent to the use of photograph and name for publicity purposes.
