Sales Administrator.

We are looking for people to support our Sales Teams within the business. We strive to have a cross trained team providing support and service to our clients.
We are looking for people who have an attitude to customer service that reflects our business, being an ambassador for ASM’s way of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Orders Entry
  • A high standard of after sales service to our clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding receipt of orders
  • Amending existing Orders
  • Resolving Ad Hoc issues
  • Returns logged & managed
  • Customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with a wide range of customers
  • Professional and courteous communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of MS Office desktop applications
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative
  • Quick thinker, methodical with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be advantageous
