Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

ASM Technologies Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain. We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and aim to continuously improve our practices to address the risks of slavery and human trafficking.

Our Business Structure

ASM Technologies Limited provides agile technology distribution services across the IT channel, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 brands. We operate internationally through our wholly owned subsidiaries:

  • ASM Technologies GmbH (Germany)
  • ASM Technologies SAS (France)

Our combined workforce exceeds 90 employees, primarily based in the UK.

Our Commitment and Policies

We take a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This commitment is reflected in our internal policies and the expectations we set for all stakeholders, including employees, customers, vendors, and partners.

Modern slavery includes forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, and child labour. We are committed to:

  • Promoting ethical business practices
  • Ensuring our supply chain adheres to the same high standards
  • Supporting a culture of transparency and accountability

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We carry out appropriate due diligence to identify and mitigate the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This includes:

  • Reviewing antislavery policies and statements of key suppliers and partners
  • Considering modern slavery risk as part of our vendor selection and retention process

Employment Practices and Compliance

We ensure that all our employees have the legal right to work in their respective locations. This includes:

  • Verifying right to work documentation (passports, visas, etc.)
  • Ensuring fair treatment, especially for young or inexperienced workers under work experience
    schemes

We do not knowingly employ underage or exploited workers and operate in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities and Reporting

The Chief Technology Officer holds overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy, maintaining relevant procedures, and updating the statement to reflect changes in legislation or business operations.

All employees are encouraged to report any concerns related to slavery or human trafficking. Concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon in line with our reporting procedures.

Review and Approval

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes ASM Technologies Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.
