ASM Technologies are delighted to announce that following our recent reassessment for the Investors in People Standard we have once again retained our accreditation.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard and specialises in transforming business performance through people and we are celebrating after retaining our status under a new and more challenging framework.

ASM were first awarded the Investors in People standard in 2003 when the company was just ten year’s old.

“We are proud with what we have accomplished under the new and more challenging framework”, said Graham Aspinall, Managing Director of ASM Technologies. “We have made significant improvements to our business since our last assessment and I would like to thank all our employees for their hard work.”

The report went on to say that the business has a strong growth vision for the future with clear expectations for the team to develop the solutions they need. The annual sales ‘kick-off’ event was widely mentioned by staff who attended as being “a great way to know where we are headed for the year”.

Staff gave great feedback on the company and “feel that they are consulted effectively and that they are supported and trusted to make appropriate decisions according to their roles.”

Ande Macpherson, Investors in People Assessor, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with ASM throughout their Investors in People journey and I wish all the staff continued success.

Having the reaccreditation for Investors in People puts ASM in an even stronger position, enabling us to attract the best employees to continue to grow our business.
